On The Road in Iowa
I just returned from Iowa. It was cooooooold
Nonetheless it was a good trip. I taught my corporate S.O.S (stressed out solutions) class. This was my third trip to the Des Moines site so it was nice to see many familiar faces.
My S.O.S. class includes:
- Best foods to eat during stress
- Breathing and relaxation techniques
- Practical routines and outlets to cope with excess stress
- Change how we perceive seemingly bad events
What are you worrying about today? Will it matter in 10 days, 10 months or 10 years? Sometimes a little perspective on what really matters can shake us back to equilibrium. My high school friend, Leura, wrote this a couple days ago. The story and the message (make the most of every moment you are living) stayed with me this week as I worked and traveled.
