Heart Disease:
A fish oil diet decreased cholesterol up to 27 percent, and triglycerides up to 64 percent as compared to a low-fat diet. —Lancet

A double-blind randomized, controlled study of psoriasis patients found that after 8 weeks of Omega 3 supplementation there was significant lessening of symptoms and less of the body surface was affected by the psoriasis.—The Lancet

Advanced breast cancer in animals who were given Omega 3 fats prolonged survival and slowed tumor growth.—American Journal of Clinical Nutrition
