On The Road In Tennessee
Over the years I’ve gotten used to introducing myself and people start singing a line or two from the Dolly Parton song, “Jolene”. For the record I wasn’t named after the song, but this week I was within 30 miles of the song’s origin: DollyWood in the Tennessee Smokey Mountains.
This was my third visit to the Knoxville corporate site. These teammates have all taken my weight loss and nutrition classes so we changed it up a bit. This week I taught classes on how to keep your back healthy and ergonomics in the work place.
Everyone got to roll on exercise balls, learn stretching techniques and ask general health questions.
Such a fun site site to visit!
Now my exercise balls and I are all deflated because we had to go home.
