The Fundamentals Of Paleo, Primal Eating

Jolene Park, founder of Healthy Discoveries, heard Loren Cordain speak in the late 90′s before he ever published The Paleo Diet. She has studied this way of eating for over a decade and wrote about her own Paleo Challenge. If the Paleo way of eating is for you, this workshop will help you succeed in your own 30-Day Paleo Challenge.

Stop The Vicious Diet Cycle

Learn how low levels of serotonin, dopamine, erratic blood sugar levels and food intolerance can cause weight gain, depression and increase compulsive eating, emotional eating, cravings and yo-yo dieting.
